Duties and Responsibilities:

The Marketing Communications Manager will provide a broad range of
communications and marketing support to the organization.
-
The position reports to the Co-Directors.
Will work in conjunction with, and in support of Sales
Representatives, Operations Director, and Site Managers.
-
The position will be in charge of advertising, printing, patient and
referral events; creating media for specific use; and management,
creation, and maintenance of the brand image.
-
Work collaboratively with a diverse staff, Sales Department, and
Leadership Team to create and manage cross-organizational,
integrated marketing strategies.
-
Serve as internal liaison between the Sales Department and other
staff resources.
-
Coordinate communications projects with vendors for the development
and production of educational ad-hoc sales pieces, specific
brochures, promotional products, web site production and other
collateral.

Provide writing and editing support for all internal and external
communication including promotional materials, website content, a
monthly newsletter and the monthly sales reports.
-
Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing
effectiveness and adherence to brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have two
years billing experience and a working knowledge of billing regulations
and coding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to
communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.
Positions available include the following:
Collector / Accounts Receivable Follow-up

Patient Collections, including calls

Insurance collections
-
Handling Customer service inbound calls
-
A/R follow-up of denied claims
-
Electronic billing process including interpreting
reports and working denials.
Billing / Coder
-
Certification is required with at least one year
of coding experience.

Knowledge of billing regulations, insurance
coverage limitations.

Knowledge of Local Coverage Determinations with
Medicare (LCD’s) and Correct Coding Initiative (CCI) edits.

Radiology coding experience PREFERRED but not
required.

A
progressive outpatient radiology practice in Northern Delaware seeks a
Board Certified Women's Imaging Radiologist. This is an outstanding
opportunity to join a thriving radiology practice with 12 established
radiologists and specialists. We are looking for a Women's Imaging
Specialty Trained Radiologist due to increasing volume and a growing
practice. Our cohesive group is stable and respected in the community.
First-rate equipment and the best imaging arsenal in the area. Full
internet-based PACS and multiple digital work stations for advanced
image processing. State-of-the-art modalities include: 4 MRI: 3 High
Field (GE & Philips) – 2 of which are High-Definition using the Signa
EXCITE GE Platform – and 1 Mid-Field FONAR “Stand-Up” Open; 4 CT: 1
64-Slice Volume CT and 3 MDCT-16 (GE & Philips); 3 Digital and
Conventional X-ray with Fluoroscopy; 1 Digital and 3 Conventional
Mammography with CAD; 4 3D/4D Ultrasound; and 4 Bone Density.
Academic Experience Preferred.
Candidates must be board certified with fellowship or equivalent
training in mammography, breast ultrasound, stereotactic biopsies,
needle localizations, aspirations and experienced in OB/GYN ultrasound.
Will Perform readings of Mammography with CAD, Breast Ultrasound, Ob/Gyn
Ultrasound
Abdominal
Ultrasound,
Osteoporosis
Scanning with DEXA, and Breast MRI. Should have excellent
skills in the full range of general radiology modalities. Preference
will be given to candidate familiar with PACS, computerized image
manipulation and rendering (2D and 3D imaging).
